DELIVERY POLICY
LOCKS shall aim to process orders received within 48 hours. Processing time may vary for purchases made during peak periods, over the weekend or on public holidays.
LOCKS shall not be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service.

LOCKS can be delivered to all states in Malaysia.
VARIATION / CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The Customer shall not make any amendment or cancellation once his/her order has been placed.
Subject to the Customer’s consent, LOCKS may substitute a Product for another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable.
If there is no prior consent from the Customer for a substitution, then no substitution shall be made. Under this circumstances, LOCKS shall make full refund to the Customer as per the Return Policy.
PROPERTY RISK
All risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer’s delivery address but LOCKS shall retain title to the Products until such time as payment for the Products has been effected.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
Returns, exchanges & refunds are NOT ACCEPTED.
However, an exchange may be allowed under the circumstances the item(s) was/were received faulty. The Customer must email LOCKS at info@klheng.com.my with the order number and pictures of proof within 2 days of goods receive. The Customer should not send the purchase back before getting a reply from LOCKS. If the exchange request is approved, the Customer shall return the unused faulty item(s) in the original packaging to LOCKS and LOCKS will ship a replacement order to the Customer without any additional costs.
A refund is only allowed under the circumstances the item(s) ordered is/are no longer available or out of stock.
LOCKS return, exchange & refund policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since the Customer made the purchase, no return, exchange or refund requests under any circumstances will be entertained.
Photographs/designs of the products and packaging are provided on this site to help the Customer to recognise the products. However, the product pictures/designs may be revised and improved as and when necessary without notice.
LOCKS shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly delivered. Should there be any discrepancy, please email to LOCKS at info@klheng.com.my by the next working day.
LIABILITY
The liability of LOCKS whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Products or any other breach of LOCKS obligations hereunder shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the Products.
LOCKS shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever nor shall LOCKS be liable for any damage or loss caused by the Customer’s servants, agents, buyers or other persons whatsoever.
The Products shall be accepted by the Customer entirely at the Customer’s risk.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LOCKS owns the trademark, logos and service marks displayed on this site and/or in connection with the Products and Customers. The Customer is prohibited from using the same without the written permission of LOCKS or such other parties.
The Customer shall not do anything to prejudice the rights of LOCKS.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LOCKS reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as and when necessary at its sole discretion. LOCKS may, but does not undertake to, notify the Customer of such changes. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order and LOCKS shall have no responsibility to notify the Customer of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the Customer and LOCKS agree to submit to the jurisdiction.
PERSONAL DATA
The Customer authorises LOCKS to collect, retain and use personal information about the Customer for the following purposes:-
Undertaking any dealings or transactions with the Customer and providing continuous services to the Customer;
Assessing the Customer’s credit-worthiness;
Sending the Customer any advertising and/or promotional material;
Notifying Customers of special offers or new Products;
Notifying Customer of up-dates to this site;
The Customer is aware that in the event sufficient personal information is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to LOCKS then his/her application for registration to LOCKS Online may not be accepted.
The Customer is aware that any personal information supplied by the Customer will be retained by LOCKS and will be accessible to employees of LOCKS and other persons or corporate bodies engaged by LOCKS for or in relation to any of the purposes listed above, or to third parties and the Customer authorises LOCKS to disclose all or any part of any personal information provided by the Customer to such third parties.
The Customer acknowledges that LOCKS shall retain all personal information supplied by the Customer and unless otherwise notified to LOCKS may continue to contact the Customer with marketing information even after the Customer’s registration is cancelled.
CONFIDENTIALITY
LOCKS shall not sell, rent or lease the Customer’s information to third party.
Personal data held by LOCKS relating to the Customer shall be kept confidential.
Any questions, comments, suggestions or information other than personal data sent or posted on this site, or any part of this site by the Customer shall deem to have voluntarily provided to LOCKS on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis. LOCKS reserves the right to use, reproduce, disclose, transmit, publish, broadcast and/or post elsewhere such information freely, including passing it to any associated company.
LOCKS will disclose Customer’s personal data, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:-
Comply with legal process served on LOCKS or the site;
Protect and defend the rights or property of LOCKS; and
USERNAME & PASSWORD
The Customer shall take responsibility for the safe-keeping of his/her login email ID and password.
The Customer is liable if his/her login email ID and password are used by an unauthorised person. The Customer shall release and indemnify LOCKS from any liability arising from the unauthorised use of his/her login email ID or password.
SAFETY OF PERSONAL DATA
All reasonable efforts are made by LOCKS to ensure that any personal data held by LOCKS is stored in a secure and safe place and no unauthorised access will be made by LOCKS to Customer’s browser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By accessing and using this LOCKS Online internet site, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the use of the site is at the Customer’s own risk. LOCKS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential or punitive damage or for damages for lost profits or for loss of revenue arising out of any use of, access to, or inability to use the site. Without limiting the foregoing: THIS SITE AND ALL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR IMPLIED TERMS AS TO TITLE, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE , PRIVACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LOCKS HAS NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENTS OF THE SITE.
